I’ve been watching him on the sidelines for a long time. He does not look comfortable and loose at all. The offensive line looks really out of sync. Winston has no time at all it seems. Run blocking looks atrocious since the first good run by AK. Hope they can make necessary adjustments.

Good. Hopefully he knows he’s coaching for his job.

To be fair, they talked him into the job he didn’t ever want it

What a fun little PR narrative that B.S. was to take some pressure off of him.

Please tell me what job/role he preferred? Was he leaning towards going to be an Insurance Adjuster?

Yeah, i saw him shaking.

He has always done that though.

This offense needs a new infusion of ideas and concepts.

It's thr truth.

They interviewed other guys.

Allen had to talk him into it. He just isn't thatguy

More evidence to show why Allen was a mistake

He was the “OC” for over a decade for annually one of the best offenses in football. One would think that resume could get you a “bigger” job elsewhere. Either as a HC or an OC job with more autonomy (ie someplace where the HC isn’t the play caller). Yet, he never left. Clearly he was happy in his more “behind the scenes” role. So while I doubt he wanted a job outside of football, I don’t think it is unreasonable to believe he was reluctant to essentially become fully responsible for the offense
