Yeah, now this shite is nuts.

I was at a Thrashers game when they were playing the Flyers. I saw people wearing Islanders gear there.

WTF?

This has always bothered me. Why would somebody rock a Seahawks jersey to a Saints/Carolina game??

I'm going to wager that this LSU shite at Saints games is the anomaly, not the norm, and that's just based on my limited experience.

Casual fans go to games to. I'm sure in their mind it's a football game and they're wearing one of their football shirts. Probably seems more appropriate to them than the people wearing plain clothes with no team logo on them.

I agree with this. Say for example if I was out of town visiting a friend, and we went to say, the Eagles/Giants game, I would not sport a Brees jersey. Uhhhhhh, well actually, now that I think about it......

I saw two people wearing Saints gear at the LSU game on Saturday. I'm going to start a thread on the Rant whining ... oh no! I forgot that I have a life and have better things to do.

What about having a Chicago Cubs avatar on a LSU forum?

Then wear something with the team's colors. If you're at a Saints game, wear something Black or Gold. If you're at an LSU game and cheering for the Tigers, wear something Purple or Yellow.

The next time I'm in the GA Dome, I'm going to see how much UGA or Tech stuff I see. Granted, the puppies have the same colors as the Falcons, so that might give some of them a pass...

I wear my saints hat every single day, everywhere I go, and thats including every LSU home game....and I'm damn proud to do so.

With that said, I've never worn any LSU gear in the 25 or so years that I've been going to Saints games.

At least the LSU fans in the Superdome weren't wearing the opponent's colors, unlike the Saints fans in Tiger Stadium last week.
