He threw sand at the window, grabbed the phone out of his hand and then gave it back to him. All the stuff you said was apparently bullshite from the contractor

The people defending MT are the most pathetic jock-lickers on the planet.

And they think they are ‘cool’ for supporting an idiot racist multimillionaire who wouldnt give them the time of day in real life.

I’m not defending him, I just think this incident is incredibly minor. He pays for the window plus a little more, maybe a fine, aplologizes maybe, and life goes on. Same with Olave. These incidents are barely even news.

WRs and contractors rival each other in being gigantic divas.

Well that is where law enforcement makes the determination of what happened based on the physical evidence and witness statements, etc.

To arrest someone, they need probable cause which is when "whether at [the moment of arrest] the facts and circumstances within [an officer's] knowledge and of which they had reasonably trustworthy information [are] sufficient to warrant a prudent [person] in believing that [a suspect] had committed or was committing an offense.

So being that no one in this thread has stated they were a witness to the events, the only one in position to make an assessment of the situation was Kenner PD.

With no evidence to the contrary, you must assume the investigation was honest and accurate at this point.

This “criminal act” will be plea bargained at the DA level and the “victim” is free to file a civil suit if there are perceived damages.

So by the letter of the law he committed Simple Robbery and no one thinks this is a big deal?

A. Simple robbery is either of the following:
(1) The taking of anything of value belonging to another from the person of another or that is in the immediate control of another, by use of force or intimidation, but not armed with a dangerous weapon.

If we’re cutting players for things my dad would disapprove of then the Saints might as well close up shop.

Have you actually read the Kenner PD statement? This is going to get dropped or he’s going to plead to some small fine for the criminal mischief.

The question is why do you feel the need to condemn Michael Thomas?
