This team isn't going to the SB. You can say it's just preseason and 3rd stringers but getting shut out is a reflection of the coaching.

You are right it's only preseason. My problem with what I have seenso far in the first two games is the red zone ability to punch it in. It looked like this last preseason too and resulted in being dead last in red zone conversion at the end.
It doesn't look any different to me in the approach . You can't score the majority of TDs on bombs and expect to go very far.

Main difference is we were playing our presumptive starters or at least major contributors in preseason last year because the coaching staff barely knew who would be starting, at least on offense.
This year the top 14-15 players on offense are nailed down and haven’t played a snap.
I do think there’s some fair criticism of Moore in that he doesn’t have enough short yardage or red zone “winners” as far as play calls. But those situations are also where you rely on your QB and elite playmakers, plus the ability to run the ball. What the preseason players are doing doesn’t have a ton of bearing on what Shough/Olave/Vele/Johnson/Etienne and the starting o-line can do.
