Jacksonville is one of the worst teams in the NFL and they had a stud QB prospect who now may have missed his developmental window and may peak at mediocre thanks to this current staff (+ Urban's one year).
Hopefully we can get Neilsen back as our DL coach next year.

Eh. He's not getting cut with that deal. They need to make it work with a new coach. Khan has just made some horrific hires and needs to can Balke and hire a legit consulting firm. God knows he's rich enough.

As someone who is a fan of both franchises due to relocation and family, you absolutely don't want Doug Pederson. The guy is an empty suit.

yeah sorry dennis allen is a complete failure as a head coach. at least pederson has some hardware. not to mention win % for allen .is .347 as a head coach while pederson is .517

Peterson may not be very good, but he is worlds better than Allen who has been abysmal.
Pederson took his team to the Super Bowl and then took a disaster or a team in Jax to the playoffs his first year.
Dennis Allen has had one winning season as a head coach and double digit losses every other year.

the jags have significantly more high end talent than we do and he’s doing less with it.
I’ve watched every minute of every jags game this year. Pederson has completely mailed it in.

It's funny, TLaw is the EXACT same QB we saw in 2019 during the National Championship. Throws high under pressure, panics, and makes bad throws instead of taking a sack. Some dudes can never grow out of it, just like Nuss throwing off his back foot.

Trevor Lawrence has never been a good/great QB. He didn't live up to the hype at Clemson either. He has elite physical skills and measurements, though. So, people assume it may be the coaching holding him back. He's just not ever gonna be good. It's who he is.

Not just Lawrence. They have two double digit sack pass rushers and much better offensive weapons than we do. The o lines are equally shitty.
