A 6ft QB won't see over a 6'5 or 6'7 player because he is shorter than both. It's an absolutely ridiculous premise you are holding to.

A far enough drop step and he will be able to see over a 6'5 guy. If you stick a 6'7 guy in there you will have to frick with his drops and that messes with the timing of routes and all kinds of shite
