proxie is always angry because he's one of those retards that doesn't know he's retarded.
He also continually invites guys to come meet him at the gym to "wrestle" and sadly no one will take him up on it.

Chill. It’s Senior Bowl then parties in Vegas. Dennis and Mick need to get drink on. Dennis will burn that bridge when he gets there.

they may have done it quietly without saying anything.
things did improve quit a bit mid season with no real explanation as to why.
they needed a sacrificial lamb to shift blame away from DA
had they upgraded curry last year, there would be no end of season coaching change deflection for DA incompetence

I’m biased because I hate Dennis Allen as our head coach.
BUT, this is another indictment on Dennis Allen’s leadership. He obviously has no plan and doesn’t know what he wants in an offensive coordinator. And if he does, he’s not strong enough to stand up to Loomis if Loomis is the one dragging this out. A leader knows what they need and goes out and gets it. Dennis Allen is the equivalent of the guys at the prom standing along the wall afraid to ask a girl to dance.

1. That’s a poor mouth meme that is perpetuated on stupid message boards. Who doesn’t want a promotion and show what they can do? It’s a winnable division and Carr isn’t Ridder or Andy Dalton or something.
2. Let’s say that your statement is correct. It’s another indictment on Allen. A good coach should be able to get the coordinator he wants on board. If people are turning down a promotion because of the head coach, you have a head coach problem.
