I am floored over the success we are having the ground game. Ingram and Kamara are legit but the o-line has been dominant with opening the holes. Long time coming.

There's beginning to be a notable difference in our run blocking and pass blocking.

If we can stay ahead and pound teams, we can beat anyone in the league. Unfortunately today we weren't able to lean on it as much due to being down, but man, it was still good to see Brees light it up in vintage style.

Our pass blocking needs to improve big time. And Snead needs to be his old self

Brees has been able to mask our pass blocking troubles with quick passes but today Wash was covering and creating pressure and it gave us a lot of trouble all day

They nutted up the last few drives but the pass blocking has been spotty all year, especially Ram.

I know he's a rookie and he was going against Kerrigan, but he was getting destroyed. Sean should really be helping him when he's overmatched like that.

Armstead was also uncharacteristically bad today.

The use of TE seemed to open things up. Fleener has barely played at all before then

Yeah... Ram was getting abused today.
It was the worst he’s looked other than Vikings game.

Snead had a couple critical catches today.

The great thing about this run game is hopefully we will be prepared to go into a place like Philly in the playoffs and play ball, unlike past saints teams in the cold.

Been a while since we had a decent running game. Nice to see.

He was getting bull rushed, but keeping the defender in front. He just needs to wash the defender more to the top of the pocket.

He'll be fine.

That still isn't good pass blocking because it kept forcing Brees off of his spot. It didn't help that Armstead wasn't doing well either he kept getting flushed right into Armstead's guy.

We beat Philly in the cold on the road in 2013. Our first ever road playoffs win.

I tink we can run on them which is going to be the key. Wentz scares me though with is ability to make plays.

Saints just need to keep dedicating themselves to the run game, and just run it down their throats, and give their defense time to adjust and a break.

I have faith in our pass blocking to improve. It's the first time they've been tested like that up front since Minnesota. Still, the interior wasn't the problem, it was Armstead and Ram

Armstead will get better but Ram might be hitting that rookie wall. I'm concerned but not worried going forward. We handled the Panthers pass rush just fine and the Rams DL doesn't scare me neither does the Jets. We'll see how they hold up against the Falcons.

Donald scares me but we're stronger up the middle. We handled McCoy well enough. The Vikes got some inside push but the outside seemed more an issue that game.
