What about the video to the right that shows the cars in front of him?

A stop was needed but he stopped overly abrupt. We can keep this going

Can't watch video but I've seen them all. U showing a car?

He really didn't break hard. Watch the video and cover Will Smiths vehicle with your hand.
It only looks like Hayes broke hard cause will smith doesn't slow down.

You really are the worst poster on this board.
Can't click but you can reply? Got it. It works on mobile too. Grab your cell buddy.
Just be a man and admit you are wrong. Hayse didn't slam his brakes to hit the "benz" behind him like you alleged. He braked because of traffic.

Of course but why did he overly brake. Both opinions are mere speculative

maybe because smith was right on his butt and didnt seem to be slowing down, so he waited till the last minute

Maybe but thanks for brake hard acknowledgement

Overly brake?
That hummer is rolling to a consistent, deliberate stop. Smith tapped the back and it was propelled forward.
Nothing in this argument has anything to do with what happened 2 minutes later. I don't understand why you are blindly defending smith right here. Dude hit hayse and then drive off.
If smith had just been a man about it, he MIGHT have gotten a dui. Maybe.
Instead the situation escalated and he is in a box because both men lost their heads that night.

I'm done arguing with you. You are choosing to ignore the evidence.

Are there still people critiquing whether there was a hit and run prior to this incident? WTF is wrong with some of you? A man is allowed to now kill someone over a hit and run?
No matter what the hell Smith did in the initial accident, unless they can prove Smith had a gun or other weapon in his hand at the time he took 8 bullets in the back and side, than Hayes needs to rot his in jail the rest of his natural life.
It is the pathetic nature that we justify lawyers ignoring facts and creating sideshows to save their clients. While it is their jobs, it shows what is utterly wrong with our justice system.

Nobody has ever attempted to justify a killing with the hit and run.
The hit and run escalated the situation. Whatever was said/done after the big crash caused the shooting.
It is certainly plausible to say that if smith had stayed at the hit and run scene, none of this would have escalated at all. Just a simple common fender bender.
