I think i made it clear that it was witness statement to the advocate. I guess at this point we should t even talk about the situation since nobody knows the facts right?

How do you classify one accident as a "bump " yet the other as a "slam"?
Did you witness the 2nd accident?

because that was the narrative that was set. hayes ruthlessly slammed in to the back of will smith so he could get him out of the vehicle to murder him.
I dont think the 2nd accident was that big of a deal either. there wasnt much damage to any of the vehicles. it was harder than the first hit and run but it looked like pretty minor accident considering the weight of the vehicles involved.

Nothing like a good 'ol narrative to cloud perception of what really occurred

Did you see the 2nd accident? All I've seen is the first alleged accident and some people can't even agree if the cars actually hit one another.

I'd start by looking at the damage caused by each. One was obviously much harder than the other.

It takes a pretry good hit to push a vehicle into the vehicle in front of them. A slam is a pretty good way to describe that. I'm not going to speculate on whether it was intentional, but I think it's more than fair to say it was a slam .

surveillance of the 2nd crash
not a great look, but it appears two cars are stopped as smith approaches at a pretty high rate of speed with hayes following close behind

This surveillance video, taken down the street from the intersection of Sophie Wright Place and Felicity Streets, appears to show Cardell Hayes crash his Hummer into the back of Will Smith's Mercedes SUV. Less than two minutes later, passersby can be seen taking cover.

yeah i had saw that camera on the coffees shop building and hoped it would show something. I wonder if it had audio also... that would be huge.
I think this goes along with what same of us have said, smith was running at a high rate of speed and hayes was right on his tail. smith had to come to a quick stop and hayes didnt react in time. He clearly was attempting to brake. its clear in the video that this wasnt a huge collision that threw smiths vehicle far ahead. you can see smith get out almost instantly in the background.

and for the record the major points made my his attorney have all turned out to be true. And we know Will Smiths attorney got in front of the public and lied 3 or 4 times yesterday in his press conference.
I believe you may be exaggerating just a tad. Fuller is only doing his job, but he's also resorting to the O.J. defensed team technique from the get go. Let's just throw shite against the wall and see what sticks.

he called 2 of the more major developments before they were made public. That Will smith hit Hayes car first, and that there was a 2nd gun. You think he made those things up in hopes that they would come true?

You don't think he had a conversation with his client?

so how does that qualify as "throwing shite against a wall"?

Well, his statement that there was another gun was a gimmie...the passenger in Hayes' car had a second gun.
Question for the group..why did Hayes pull over to the curb? If he thought there was enough damage to his car to stop, he should have left the car in its position, called the police and waited for them to cite the other driver for following too close. Which would have opened the door for a possible whiplash suit to be filed on a 100,000 dollar Mercedes driver.

no you should always pull out of the street if it is a minor accident. the real question about that situation is why didnt will just pull over instead of run.

Is there ever an instance where one doesn't stop when their car is hit?

Hayes can be in the wrong for a lot of shite that night. This is one thing he wasn't in the wrong for. Will Smith was

Will Smith was prepared to hit and run regardless, so i dont really see why it matters

Ask the person who made that comment. It was not me.

Pretty common procedure to pull off the road
