the more I think about this the more I think Hayes was out to get Will. He stopped to short even though cars were in front of him at the red light. THEN rams him from behind. I think Hayes wanted Will out his SUV for the sole purpose to kill him by provoking him then claim self defense. There's a story going on that we probably will never know about

There is more evidence to support the claim that Lester Earl and lsupride87 are the same person than there is to support the quoted scenario.

He didnt know Smith. There is no money motivation.
Why would Hayes potentially take year(s) off his life by sitting in jail awaiting and going through a trial, with the possibility of being guilty and spending life in prison?

Guess I been watching to many crime shows. But why would Hayes get so mad over a tap on his rear bumper that caused no damage.Seems fishy to me

I think my theory is more plausible that the Shooter was in love with his Hummer, thought it was damaged in the Magazine Street bump and run so he drives excessive speed to get catch up with them and wrecks his precious car again and blames Will for all of it.
Things just escalated. Not taking up for Shooter. I am Team Smith.
However, I know someone who knows someone who knows Shooter and all of the people who know him described him as a big "Teddy Bear." I would assume by the description that they're female (or gay.) In another post I mentioned Tyrann's and Raion Hill describing him differently.
Sounds like he is a Teddy Bear with suppressed rage that exploded Saturday night.

He didnt get out to check so how would he know the damage. He just got hit,pulled over and saw the car that hit him kept going.

Why didn't he get out and check. That would be the normal thing to do Not ram the other vehicle.

What if he was in the street, and as he got out to check his bumper, will smith pulled around the hummer and ran over Hayes while trying to flee and murdered Hayes

Because if he had taken the time to get out and check, Will would have gotten away.
He probably is not a very smart dude. You gotta know that a $100K Mercedes SUV is easier to track down than a Toyota Corolla.

Exactly how I read what was said. That tells me, along with the fact he said he could not explain why it was not on his first phone and not in a call log of 911, that either he did not call as he and his lawyer claim, before the second incident, or that we have a surprising amount of complicated chicanery that has had to have happened to explain why there is no record. Fact is, the 911 log shows NO call at all, from anyone during the time hayes and his lawyer claimed to make a call, which means unless they have a second phone which can be proved that he used, with a 911 call at that time, then that is a heavy lie against hayes' defense.
