Hell No!

Exactly how I read what was said. That tells me, along with the fact he said he could not explain why it was not on his first phone and not in a call log of 911, that either he did not call as he and his lawyer claim, before the second incident, or that we have a surprising amount of complicated chicanery that has had to have happened to explain why there is no record. Fact is, the 911 log shows NO call at all, from anyone during the time hayes and his lawyer claimed to make a call, which means unless they have a second phone which can be proved that he used, with a 911 call at that time, then that is a heavy lie against hayes' defense.

Just in case I have this wrong.....Did not Hayes' lawyer actually say that the phone logs of his client's phone did show that he did NOT call 911 BEFORE the second altercation? As I read the statement, he claimed he could not say why that call was not on his client's phone log list and then came out with he would have to check a second phone that is said to be Hayes'. Please correct me if I am wrong someone....
If that is true, to me, that is one HUGE lie told by Hayes' lawyer in attempt to make his client look like a victim.

Hard for me to believe jack shite about being scared for your life when 7 shots went into the back and one into the back part of the left side of the person you were "scared of", that you had YOUR gun on you as you got out the the car to go and confront.

Lawson or Rankins are my top 2 choices unless someone falls.
Both are the best pass rushers at their positions with the highest grades likely to be there if we have to pick at 12.
I proposed in another thread my dream scenario would be trading 12 and sliding to 22ish. Add a pick to our 2nd to get back in the 1st and draft a combination of Butler and Dodd.
I would agree on Lawson. Not Rankins...but again that is just my own opinion...I doubt either is there though at 12

It does actually. I have said numerous times I want a 1st round DE. These are the last ones we drafted.(Howard was 33rd overall).
Who at 12 at DE would you think would be more productive for the team than picking Treadwell at 12?

I would believe you.
Jordan and Hardy on the edges with Fairley and Jenkins in the middle gives us a top 10 NFL DL.
Our secondary with all the investment back there would shine and we have our best LB corp since the SB.
Add in the draft. Sean could target his go get it no.1 WR early while still plugging in remaining holes at OG and DL.
Our team in 1 year would have bonafide NFL talent top to bottom. With no excuses. It is a very interesting thought to me at least but my moral compass or lack there of may not make me the best guy to ask
This would be too much like right! I damned sure hope it happens though. As long as he comes in and doesn't get suspended for something stupid, he can be an asshat all he likes. Screw the publicity and stupid media questions...The Def would be damned near exceptional and the draft would definitely be able to be much more productive.

Yeah, you need a Dez Bryant at that spot.
I like a lot of the WRs in this draft. I'd pass on Treadwell. Got to be Defense round 1.
I'm going to laugh when its a Safety and the meltdown ensues.
Agreed. Would be nice if they could fit in Reggie Nelson maybe at S and eliminate the need for that meltdown! lol

For the record I would agree we NEED defense at 12 but we NEED a defensive player akin to what you were saying. Such as a Bosa or Buckner, or hell, even Lawson. But those players that are left will not likely be there.

I can pick out many many more who didn't do jack for there team in the same years we got those guys...So can you. Pulling out the exceptions doesn't make you right.

Draft poorly meaning we pick one of the other defensive players (unless one of the better ones slides for some odd reason) that really aren't exceptional as we usually do. I would wish we could get some of the upper echelon defensive guys i.e. Boss, Buckner, etc, but we aren;t in a position. The other defensive guys are decent but none really seem to be exception for the #12 spot. Slow 40 or not, Treadwell with Brees throwing to him would be damn near an all pro in production imo. He makes plays. DE, OG, CB, and DT all have a lot of depth in the draft that are around the same talent-wise by watching the games. Just my opinion, but the guy is worth 12 unless one of the very top guys falls to us
And yes if we pass him, and he balls out elsewhere, expect a hell of a lot of posts about people claiming they wanted the team to pick him above whichever guy is actually picked.

We will pass on him. He will be a beast. Everyone on here will melt down, asking why did we pass on him instead of the average to below average defender that the team picks. It has continued to happen in the draft and if they pass on this guy this year it will happen again. There is something to be said for seeing if the guy can play the game. Treadle is a player...Period. slower 40 time or not, he makes plays. The offense needs another WR and the talent in the later rounds will not provide it.

MIGHT be good for the future....For next year, we will suck

Just waiting for him to go crazy on us when we play the cowboys :( As am I expecting Eli Howard to be a friction pro bowler with SF where we picked a corner that is iffy at best

If you like Rebirth/Soul Rebels/etc, you should like it....Earlier in the evening Michael Ward and the band Natural Change will be playing... That said there are plenty other parties in the city that night....Depends on what you are looking for...

On Collins perhaps 2 or 3 blocks towards the interstate there is a Wendy's...There are several lots close to it that are all perhaps $25 if you get there maybe an hour and a half or two before the game...Easy access to get out after the game as well as quick walk to the stadium....

Need one more high level CB to even talk about potentially being a special secondary. Unless Champ comes in and shows himself to be at the level he used to be, we are still sorely lacking at corner outside Lewis
