It does, but he was way over qualified for being a position coach. I am surprised it didn't happen sooner to be honest.
I think Campbell is likely to get looks again this off-season too.

I was hoping Dennis Allen would have gotten HC interviews and we could have promoted Nolan to DC.
Nolan has gotten good LB production the last 2 years, and in previous years outside of Vilma we have not gotten much out of our LBs. I think this will hurt more than most people realize

He was a complete steal as a position coach. Pretty much anyone else would be a downgrade.
