He's due about $15mm from the Eagles and they have told him to restructure or get cut.
If they cut him, should the Saints get him.

he would be better than any corner we have but would cost like 10x as much. To say he wasn't effective is giving the man no credit. He was always on one side true, but he shut down every receiver that went that way.

Actually, we have no idea how good he is. People just refused to throw at him, and he didn't track the opposing team's best receiver. They would just put their best guy on whatever garbage lined up on the other side and throw it.
I'm not saying he wasn't above average, but elite corners don't get burned like he did in Philly.
