This is the spot I wish we could sell Payton on. Their Cleveland pick is what I want

I'm not sure the devil could sell Payton on Houston.

Lovie Smith will probably get a job tomorrow for no reason whatsoever too.

Only year 2, but man look what Campbell & Glenn are doing in Detroit. That was impressive tonight!

Dan Campbell and Aaron Glenn should have never been let out of the building.

Arizona seems to be in a good spot to land Sean imo. They have pick 4, which they won't trade for Sean, but that's about where stroud should go. Trade back with that pick, and use the first they get back this year for Sean and have another next season. Or could we send our 2024 1st and Sean for
pick 4 if stroud is there? We get our qb

ETA... the 4th pick is with 1800. Our #40 is worth 500. Is Sean worth the difference? If so and if stroud/young are there at 4, I would do it. I wouldn't do if predraft though, and Sean will almost certainly be hired by then

Chances are that we will suck again next year, so I don’t like the idea of trading the ‘24 1st.
Hell, I don’t want to trade anymore 1st rounders..

I would prefer we didn't either, but if we see stroud as a franchise qb, I'd do it.

What other positions could they have been given? Dan was a HC in waiting and we had a good DC. They got better jobs we didn't let them go.
