So are you saying that white men are naturally better coaches than black men? Because that would be the only way to explain the disparity between the percentage of black players and the percentage of black coaches/gms. People get caught up in trying to explain how things aren't because of racism but they forget that if it isn't racism you have to have another logical explanation. Often times that's where it gets tricky.

If the Saints don’t hire him at this point, they’re getting added to the lawsuit.

Or get into another lawsuit when he tanks and we have to fire him anyway. Tell him to pound sand for his behavior for being canned for a horrible record.

Agree.

Flores beef should be with the NFL rule. Not the Giants or racism.

It’s stupid that if the Giants felt like Daboll was always their guy, that they’d have to grant some token interview to a black guy just because he’s black.

That’s the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard of, and could only lead to scenarios like this. If I’m a black HC candidate, I’m more offended by the rule and having to go to fake interviews rather than losing out on opportunities because of my merit.

Shame he went full Kaep. Flores was one of the guys I wanted as HC. Now he’ll never be an HC again, at least in this decade

Sucks because the last thing I’m worried about when I watch an NFL game is the color of someone’s skin. From commentator to ball boy. Unfortunately somewhere we got lost, and that’s all they want you to care about.

CFB is made up of 50.1% White players, 46.9% of the team rosters are comprised of Black players , then 3% are other players.

So when the draft happens, we need to Draft The same in the Draft, Fair is Fair .. Right ?

There's no way that's accurate. Link it.

Please indicate three occasions of which African American coaches made such assertions? I promise you, you're just talking BS with zero facts.

Its not head coaching jobs specifically. Its any job.

Here is a perfect example.

quote:

For the first time, the Tennessee Senate on Wednesday voted to expel a senator, stripping Sen. Katrina Robinson of her elected position following her federal conviction on federal wire fraud charges.

Robinson, D-Memphis, had decried the Senate's move as racist and misogynistic and called the expulsion a "procedural lynching" Wednesday."

Convicted of federal wire fraud so she loses her job.

Her response, "you're all racists".
