DT is a bigger need than DB (assuming we re-sign Alontae)

With the emergence of chase young I’m backing off wanting an edge. Good with him and granderson

1st rd has to be a wr. You can get an OL in the 2nd. We need sure fire wr2

Granderson has been invisible until the last two games. Young missed 5 games with injury and while he had a two good games to end the season, he’s not a game changing pass rusher. He’s a good Cam replacement, but you still need a pass rusher IMO.

You can pick up starting interior oline in the 2nd, so I don't think you force that spot in the first (depends on who is available at the pick).

Free agency will change this a lot as well since we can clear upwards of $56 mil in cap to make several huge moves.

Granderson has been far from invisible as he is one of our better run defenders. Yes his sacks numbers disappeared for a good bit, but he was still getting some pressures and helping stop the run.

Granderson plays the run better than Young, but he hasn’t been much of a pass rusher the last two years. I said we need a pass rusher. Also, Granderson is expensive weighed against his production.

RB is the 1 need. Let alone secondary? What are you smoking

This team needs a home run hitter on offense. It doesn't matter if its a WR, TE, or RB. Someone that can line up and absolutely dominate 1v1 coverage - consistently demands double coverage. Find that guy either in the first two rounds, or in the draft.

The rest needs to be BPA. We need depth pretty much everywhere other than QB, OT, and maybe DE (if Cam stays).

Too many other holes to take a RB at 10

First round should be eventual replacement for D. Davis (will be hardest to replace him)
WR and RB next
OL in late rounds

If Love is there I wouldn’t hate taking him…..though I generally agree rb is a luxury piece

1st Rd …
WR (only if it’s Tate) or RB (only if ND Love is there).
Otherwise, pick best OL.

2nd Rd ….
If WR or RB was taken in 1st… then you take OL.
If OL taken in 1st… then you take best WR.

3rd rd …..
Best Defensive Player available.

lol frick no it doesn’t. This shite arse GM has fooled our entire fanbase into thinking you can only get a good OL if you draft them in the first round.

This team needs fricking playmakers on both offense and defense. David Bailey or Bain at Edge. Downs at Safety. Even Love at RB would be huge gets and immediate impact players at positions of need. People really want to trot out Audric Estime and Devin Neal? And then throw in a 5th round RB that might not even beat them out? Shough really fooled this fan base into thinking Kevin Austin Jr and Audric Estime are dudes

I’m not saying don’t address OL but you can get a good above average (but not elite) LG in FA. They’re out there. And then guess what? You can take one in the third round or later. I know that terrifies both our FO and fan base but it’s possible. Armstead was found in the 3rd as well as many others. And it doesn’t cost nearly as much if they don’t work out
