Why were you listening to that buffoon?

He's a troll. Just like Finebaum, only not as clever.

Profit trumps morality every time in corporate ethics. You never do what's "right."

All the sports books and casinos refunding bettors who placed wagers on the NFCCG disagree with that statement.

The owners back down to Goodell because he has been on watch while they fill their pockets
what??? I don't know what NFL you've been watching. Goodell is a shameless shill for the owners. He's a horrible commissioner for lots of reasons, one being that he is the mouthpiece for the many stupid moves the owners have told him to make on his "watch".

Never underestimate the stupidity of Roger Goodell.

But SJWs would definitely serve a purpose if he tried to go after her. Toxic masculine privileged white guy picking on a female owner in the most macho sport. The optics would be disastrous... damn, she is going to get fined, isn't she?

Meh. That's a brilliant publicity stunt.

“I am thoroughly disappointed by the events that led to the outcome of yesterday’s game,” Gayle Benson said in the Monday statement. “No team should ever be denied the opportunity to reach the title game (or simply win a game) based on the actions, or inactions, of those charged with creating a fair and equitable playing field. As is clear to all who watched the game, it is undeniable that our team and fans were unfairly deprived of that opportunity yesterday. I have been in touch with the NFL regarding yesterday’s events and will aggressively pursue changes in NFL policies to ensure no team and fan base is ever put in a similar position again. It is a disservice to our coaches, players, employees and, most importantly, the fans who make our game possible. The NFL must always commit to providing the most basic of expectations — fairness and integrity.”

Bravo Gayle Benson! Very well said.

The NFL is in a real bind here. They cant say or do anything.

That is correct. And I think, from the NFL's position, the best course of action is inaction.

Anything to try to do at this point will just backfire on them or undermine their authority.

He'll likely let this one slide, but that doesn't then give every player/coach/owner the right to take shots, they'll still get fined.

Gonna be some funny shite when they fine Nickell Robey-Coleman for challenging refs no-call, by saying that it WAS pass interference!!!
