Second half adjustments may be "cheesy, or overused" but Sean Payton is the best coach in the league at them. (From my point of view)
I agree with this.
This is going to go like the Superbowl.

We are a second half team.
This is not last year's team everyone. shite doesn't always carry over.
Now, I am not saying this is not true for this team, I sincerely hop it is, but that doesn't mean it is the same for this season.

He (Dan) needs a couple more tiny hair plugs.

Had plenty of opportunities early to kill them deep and we refused to continue going after it. No idea why.
We had the long ball open, but since we went to the short passes, we have been stopped. Unless Minn. made some adjustments, I don't get it either...

Adjustments. The safeties quit sucking nuts.

Hey, the Vikings are a very good team. They lost the big game against the Saints, but, you can't expect the Saints to beat the Vikes every time.
The fact is that the Saints offense has played very, very poorly so far. The Saints D has played better than expected so far.
The Saints effort so far is a losing effort, and, the scoreboard shows it.
The Saints offense has a tough task in these next two quarters, because, that Saints D is not going to hold the Vikings to only 9 points in the Second Half.
Advantage Vikings. They look like the better football team so far. Tip of the hat to them.

What is crazy, even though I knew it would happen, is a lot of people forget the Vikings were an amazing team last year and we narrowly escaped to grab the W. I fear winning the super bowl the year prior if we don't blow people out, or have any close games, the negativity on here will soon resemble the rant. God forbid I know.

Good news is with all you said, Saints have it within themselves to win this game. They are slowing down everyone on offense not named Shankoe, and Peterson. Peterson is hit or miss right now, but Shankoe we should be shutting down, especially since he killed us last matchup.
Our offense has been protecting Brees very well, but he just can't find receivers despite their shitty secondary. Uh-oh, what might that mean? Maybe we need to run the ball..... goodness me
As an edit: I just want to say, I am reallllly worried about our Linebackers this season, they are clearly a major weak link for us.

When did I say they weren't good?

NO (-3.5) and O/U 24 for the Second Half.
I think the Saints score at least 21 on their own.

Definitely not saying NO is playing lights out. Obviously far from it. But all 9 points of theirs came on drives that should have ended before the 50 (bullshite facemask, lack of holding when smith was tackled from behind on Harvin getting outside).
And that's ignoring the clear pass interference, if only to appease the "omg vilma touched Shiancoe" crowd.
frick, c'mon Saints.
