it was such a long play i think meachem was winded or something cuz he didn't turn on the blazers after the catch like i anticipated.. i'm just glad he caught it and was open.. great pass brees.

I was thinking if it was Devery he would have outrun that DB for 6, but then I remembered if it had been Devery he wouldn't have caught it in the first place

he got caught because he reached out for the ball so much he kinda stumbled once he pulled it in

had he caught it in stride he would have scored

LE is right, he kinda stumbled a few steps after the catch while the DB was still in full stride. That allowed him to be caught.

Its obvious he stumbled....and yes if he didn't stumble he could have scored! But Reggie punched it in anyway! Meachem catching the long pass was what set up the TD!
