Mahomes will be fine, the kid has unreal throwing talent. Once he catches on and gets going he's gonna light up NFL defenses.

Mahomes is a Gimmick that doesn't have longevity like RG3, Winston, Cam, and Vick a season or 2 and then they lose steam and get figured out its a cycle that doesn't change much. The new NFL rules have made it a little easier for these guys to stand out.

On the other hand, I was the MVP of the Slidell Bowl when I was ten years old.

I just wanted to throw that out there.

I've read some dumb shite on this board but this may take the cake. According to your theory every new QB coming out of college should instantly play at a MVP level simply because of rule changes. How the in the frick does any of the latest rule changes aid in a QB's ability to read a defense or help with ball placement/accuracy?
