Well I’ll make a roux and cook a flock of fricking crows if he actually does that. Go get ‘em Mickey.

It might just be me but I'm really not worried about him going to a division rival. We saw what he did without Brees and it wasn't much. Unless they think Corral is a franchise QB I doubt he would want to be there anyways.

Not looking like Sean will have an optimal job. He's gonna have to pick up among teams with warts if he wants to coach next season.

Houston - Bryce or CJ with a young team. Probably get that HC/GM role he wants. Division may be owned by Trevor for a while though
Arizona - probably the worst situation, Kyler is ok but hurt and alot of holes on the roster. Pretty terrible divison.
Denver - Russ played a hell of alot better after Hackett was fired and their defense is top notch. Ridiculously rich ownership. Hardest division in the NFL.
Indy - good pieces in place and choice of Bryce or CJ after Houston. Again, Trevor probably runs the division for a while.
Carolina - decent defense with young talent. Improved youngish oline. He would have to like Corral because any trade would have to send the Saints their first. Division in shambles that they could definitely win next year.
None are optimal and absolutely have the "warts", but then again no team with a really talented franchise QB would have a coach opening. I still think the Chargers could fire Staley and that spot would probably be the most ideal.

Every job opening at HC is going to have warts, unless a top shelf coach retires or something. If Sean doesn't like any of these jobs just because it doesn't feel right or w/e, then he might hold out another year. But he won't wait just for like a good roster or whatever, those jobs don't come open.

If he goes to Carolina, Brady will be his qb next year

Really wish he was gone.
So much "credit" for what?
Constantly putting a band aid on a franchise to continue to sell a fan base on a Super Bowl when they haven't won since 2009
So much "credit" for what?

Chargers would've been an optimal spot. Since that one isn't open, I think cardinals are the next closest to playoffs until Sean thinks he can fix Wilson. The problem for Sean is it's gonna cost his new team draft capital to get him. This is totally different than gruden to bucs... that team was already ready to win big.

Is Indy involved? Haven't saw them listed as requesting an interview

I read they reached out but didn't see anything about an interview. I was just going over the open jobs. They're probably the least attractive to SP mainly because the owner is a nut job.

It'll be Denver.
We'll get their first this year and 1 next year and they will pay Payton 25 million a year for 4 years. That Walmarks money talks.
