Let Winston Walk and Trade for Marcus Mariota!

Saints should make a trade with the Raiders for Mariota. The guy is an accurate passer, but was in a dumpster fire while with the Titans. I'd like to see what he could do with Peyton's coaching, and he would give the Saints a good backup to Hill. Winston is to Turnover prone.

Titans tried as hard as they could to make Mariota a franchise qb and failed miserably. He just isn’t any good. He occasionally makes a splash play that makes you go wow but most of the time he is below average as a qb

This is the most overstated opinion on this board
Bruce Arians runs a system where he likes to take shots down field A LOT. With that, comes high risk.
Winston's 30 INT season came in Arians' first season in Tampa. Prior to that, Winston's interceptions numbers weren't bad.
He's had his vision corrected, worked on his body, and is in a new system and situation.
If Payton works with him as the starter and doesn't do this cutesy bull shite with Taysom all of next year, Winston will put up top league numbers.

Don't have to trade anything to keep Winston, just have to make him a new deal. Mariota would cost money too, in addition to assets.
