Is that why people were so happy when Gayle was named his successor? What's this about Rita being the one pushing for the San Antonio move? Anyway, the petition is well done, as it makes me suspicious of Gayle Benson.

Best way to put this to bed is have Tom do a live press confrence and let the public judge his mental capacity. If he can pass the media blitz and come out looking sharp I think everyone will know the truth.
If Benson hides and makes no public appearances then it becomes more suspicious.

That's not correct. This is going to be embarrassing for him and an interview with probing questions will not go well. He's not a good interview regardless of his mental capacity. Just recall his foolishness in 2005.

i'm definitely not knighting for Rita. She's clearly a terrible person to work for and she most likely wants to move the team.
However, her being a bad person doesn't automatically make her wrong about Gayle's motives or Mr. Benson's mental state. If a judge rules that Mr. Benson is indeed incapable of making these types of decisions, there's a REALLY good chance both these teams are going to be out of town.
