Kenny Wilkerson claims Brees is injured

I dont have a link to the radio segment; I heard it on another message board. But basically, Wilkerson claimed Monday that he has inside information that Brees has a fractured knee, and a torn meniscus. And the reason our offense is struggling is that Brees' mind is cloudy because hes addicted to pain medication. This is the reason we've looked so confused on offense. WOW. I believe that Brees' knee is hurt, but this sounds like complete bullshite. Hell, our offense was struggling before the atlanta game.

Even if he is taking more meds than normal/recommended, to say that his mind is foggy in the huddle and the two are directly related is quite an assumption. So was he not hurting on Sunday night? Why would that have been any different?

Yeah 20/22 in the second half really showed how fricked up his head is
I believe he has/had pain and that it has affected his throws in the past weeks. He doesn't seem to step into the deep balls as much as he used to and we see them underthrown or well off target. The rest sounds like bullshite.

The timing of these allegations is also suspect. Why bring this up after our best game? I assumed he had this information prior to the game. Like someone else said, this guy has an axe to grind because of his history with the saints.
