Crawley PFF

Lattimore is at #7

Lattimore PFF

Don't ever doubt the BREAUXMO

Josh Dobbs on an NFL roster, next Ken crawley an elite CB. Not even the Defensive coordinator saw this coming. We had the number 1 corner in the league on the bench....What's next, you ask?

Drew Brees throws less than 10 INTs and gets his first MVP (finally)

If we dominate a very good lions team in the dome and our defense plays well..... I'll be a 100% believer, until then I'm assuming this is the same 7-9 team with a bad defense. (Including corners minus lattimore b/c he's new)

New Orleans Saints CB Ken Crawley is PFF’s highest-graded cornerback through Week 4, even though he missed the first two games of the Saints. A big reason for Crawley’s success is his aggressiveness and the number of plays he makes on the ball. While he gave up eight receptions, the former Colorado player got his hands on three passes already, including an interception in the end zone against the Miami Dolphins.

Making plays on the ball was always part of Crawley’s game, as he broke up six passes last season; however, he has been able to elevate his game in 2017 by avoiding giving up big plays. He is yet to give up a reception for more than 20 yards so far, due largely to the fact that he has not missed a single tackle this season compared to his seven missed tackles in 2016.

Crawley is among the five most targeted cornerbacks in the league, as he is targeted on every 3.9 cover snaps. This is unlikely to change with the emergence of rookie cornerback Marshon Lattimore forcing quarterbacks to attack Crawley instead. However, opposing signal-callers are not having a lot of success throwing Crawley’s way as he allows just 3.7 yards per target, which is the seventh-lowest out of 113 qualifying cornerbacks.

If you take away the Vikings game(the zone game)...I bet PJ Williams has a pretty good score as well.

I KNOW right, a UDFA who was literally thrown into the fire last season and showed promise can actually get better?? It's a mind blowing concept for Saintards around here

Is it possible Allen is a good coach who makes earth-shatteringly poor game time decisions?

Crawley has been awesome and I've always loved his promise...

But

That int in endzone was such a bad throw. He made the play though

Yeah, it was awful.

But it's rare for our DB's to locate the ball in the air and actually catch it.
We're kings of the almost-turnover.
