Cap hell goes away after next year as of now. Of course, that will change when renegotiations, extensions, FAs, trades, cuts, etc. push some of the negative cap money out over time and/or add dead money down the road. 2023 looks like a living nightmare right now, though.

I definitely wanted to hire a young gun like Mike McDaniel and if he was willing, keep Dennis Allen as DC.
We needed a new offensive mind on this team, its gotten stale. too bad CSP + Brady -> Miami didn't work out
