All he's saying is that he's made his money and he's not going to start over. He's a 30 year old, chill (excluding that one assault), millionaire who isn't interested in a new offense. He's got a huge contract and not a whole lotta tread left. What's his worth? If he went to another team, he'd be a shell of what we know. Maybe even a good shell, but declining nevertheless. It would be amazing based on his age to get another 3,500 yards out of him. It'd be like when Emmitt Smith went to Arizona. It was still Emmitt, but he wasn't scaring anybody anymore.
Look at Emmitt's stats once he turned 30.
