It's the second interview meaning they already done the first, so the Rooney Rule process was taken care of during the first interview. These guys are being considered for the HC position, the reason they are receiving a second interview.

First interviews were virtual, they need to be in person to satisfy the Rooney rule.

Kafka had a ton of helium coming off the 2022 season with Daniel Jones, after working in KC before that.
Joe Brady was failure at OC and could only land a QB coach job in 2022 after the Carolina disaster
People will melt if it’s Kafka but him, Brady, Kellen Moore are all unproven with peaks and valleys on their resume. Don’t think we can discern much between them
