What about our other CB's?
Aren't they coming back for the regular season?

well... if there is a silver lining, its that its still pretty early. We might be able to find some decent depth until he comes back, provided its not season ending.

Wow. I'll never understand out horrible injury luck with RBs and CBs.
Another silver lining is that it was really the same way in 09. Seems like Greer and Porter were always injured

It says he didn't have a limp.

yea, but even with PR, JG, and JP, our next up is a rookie. If any of these guys get a season ender; we are stuck with our nickel being a rookie(not necessarily bad I suppose; see '09 with jenkins) and our backup being someone that barely made team.
Someone call up the predator. He didnt do so bad coming off the couch against new england.

It seems like we'd be able to pick somebody serviceable off of waivers - some teams actually have a bunch of middling CB's (kinda like how we have a plethora of RB's and some teams have only 1).

The only thing that makes me not worry as much is that the pats made it to the superbowl last year with a defensive back field that was pretty much all midseason pick ups.
If the d-line plays well, the db's look alot better.
theres a big diff btween bunkley and vince wilfork though .

Greg Bensel reporting Johnny Patrick is experiencing complications stemming from a strangulated testicle. 1-2 weeks.
