Then be HC once we let Allen go

Trade picks to get Jayden Daniels and our future will be set

Why would he leave Buffalo and Josh Allen?

Maybe he doesn't like digging his front door out of the snow, shoveling his driveway to pick up a frozen paper that says "Allen Chokes Again" every year

He sucked at Carolina. Maybe he's gotten better or maybe he stepped into ANOTHER loaded team that makes him look better than he is

Or MAYBE Carolina is awful and have been for years.

Good coaches look better with good talent. Good players look better surrounded by good talent. Crazy concepts.

Average coaches look better with good talent too.

There's no reason to even discuss though bc Buffalo isn't letting him interview laterally, and he wouldn't wanna leave Allen.

Buffalo is the easiest OC job right now in football because of the versatility of Josh Allen.

"Hey Josh, if the guy ain't open, you can just run, OK....I'll be over here looking like I'm scheming an offense"

The coaches they are interviewing are of the McVay and Shanahan school of offense. Brady is a Sean Payton disciple. It seems like that Dennis Allen is moving away from the Payton offense for the Ram/49er offense.

or move to the " Murder Capital of America" for what could possibly be a one year assignment.

If Buffalo offers him the OC job, stay there. You have Josh Allen and have multiple shots at playoffs. Better chance of getting head coaching job somewhere else.

Joe Brady's next step will be as a HC.

He certainly had an underwhelming time in carolina but that franchise is and has been a mess.

Buffalo gave Brady permission to interview for the Falcons OC job Saturday during the Texans-Balt game

That would make so much more sense why they would be interviewing coordinator positions before the HC was in place. But you saying it was for HC was the first time I saw it was for HC and not OC. Not saying you're wrong, just saying it was the first time I had seen it.
