We beat him up, left him at the alter, tried to bang the hottest bridesmaid, went on a month long bender and when we were done, he was still there waiting for us to take him back. Classic abuse victim.

The sensitivity you people have is insane. If you have never leveraged your services to get a raise or promotion. I wouldn't be hurt as an emplfor you doing it and I wouldn't be upset at the employer for the opp5to shop my trade and getting a true evaluation of my work worth

He’s not under contract. If he was a hot commodity and someone was willing to pay him big bucks, he’d be gone by now.
