Jags benched Bortles on Sunday as he hasn't played well this season and are loaded on Defense with young talent across the board. Are there any pieces they'd consider letting go in their secondary or on defense for maybe Teddy Bridgewater.

What is the obsession with giving up Bridgewater? I'd rather not get rid of a top Brees insurance policy.

Because barring some unforeseen injury, it doesn't look like Brees is going to slow down anytime soon.

Love Teddy but getting a #2 or #3 CB would really help this year.
A man can dream.

Jags arent trading us Bouye for Bridgwater

We need a competent no.2 but I would settle for stellar if Cards want to rethink their stance on bringing PP down with their plywood boat

The other thought, what if we win... odds are drew might hang it up walking away a winner.

I'm not obsessed with getting rid of him and I like him but we need another CB or more help on Def than we do a back-up QB that'll be a free agent at the end of the year. Might as well get something for him this year as he may choose to sign with another team next year and start rather that sit behind Brees and he's better than all the current qb's that the Jags have.

And they need a competent QB and are loaded on Def. I'm not saying it'll happen but just thinking of ways that would help our D out this year.

How many games had Brees missed due to injury??
If a deal is there that can upgrade the defense and Bridgewater is involved then see ya teddy they would be stupid to not do it.

Yea IMO if something happens to Drew, Hill has shown he can do some great things from the QB position.

Hill has shown flashes, but are you confident he’ll win a super bowl This year if something happened?

Should give up taysom hill while everyone is all high and mighty on him

Could probably squeeze the jags for a 3rd round pick

Why?
you think the Saints can win a super bowl this year or next without Brees?

The Saints should be selling out for this year and next to win it all.

To me it's simple...the Jags are a decent qb away (which we have in Teddy) from getting to the SB and the Saints are in the same boat but need a CB, which they have.
