Armstead is coming back. You don’t let all pro LT’s walk. He’s still only 29 he’s got another 3 year deal of top flight playing in him and he loves New Orleans. He might be the one guy to give us a little break and instead of $15 mil a year he would do maybe $12 mil per. I would gladly give him 3 years $36 million even with his injuries. You take that risk. If anything you find Peat’s replacement since there’s an out in his contract after this year. There aren’t any WR I see worry our pick. Better to find help there in round 2 or 3 where there are some solid guys.

I agree with this. Cant pay Armstead what he will command in FA with his injury history. However I am fully prepared for him to be an ironman wherever he signs.

A lot of people are going to hate this but I can see a situation where Peat slides to LT and Ram stays put. LT has always been Peats best position just was never as good as Armstead. He is still a serviceable LT there "if" he stays healthy
