It’s 6:52am Friday. DA still having a job today identifies the problem

We don’t care to be competitive

Obviously you don’t understand that it’s more than results….:

The Saints sold out every game this season with a wait list. Why would they make a move?

Who in-house would even want to take over this mess and be associated with all the upcoming losses? Let DA wear them. It’s not like there’s anybody that can turn this shite-show around. Fire him around Week 15 to get a head start on the hiring process, but doing it now isn’t gonna do anything but satisfy the fans with their pound of flesh. But even that satisfaction would wear off in a couple weeks.

There’s no reason to fire Allen.
There’s no fixing this year.
We are facing a two year pre1rebuild before we can really add pieces to rebuild.
I don’t think Allen is a good coach. To hire a good coach will require having a decent path forward. We don’t have one.

Gayle probably had a blast last night with the HOF stuff with Brees and you had Payton coming home for a little bit.
Probably on the phone talking about it right now.

I’d rather us just keep him installed and tank this year

Firing DA does nothing when the team is fielding a 4th quarter 1st preseason game roster. Trade everyone worth a damn, then fire DA, his entire staff, Loomis, and the entire front office. Franchise needs a complete and total reboot.

At what point does DA wish they would just fire him. No one wants to be a part of this mess anymore.

Save the excuses about injuries blah blah blah .. we played the freaking broncos at home and didn’t even compete we lost by 30 .. that had nothing to with injuries the broncos roster is actually worse than ours

You can’t judge the team based on the results. At least that’s what I read.

I hadn't thought about it this way. oof.
Losing turns into a culture, that is why teams show it is unacceptable and make changes mid year. Most don't fire their coach in October thinking things are going to turn around and they will make the playoffs. They do it to show losing is not who they are and they will not accept it. Changes need to be made but a good chunk of these players will be on this roster next year, you can't have them accepting a losing culture here.

The broncos COMPLETELY blew everything up (Russell Wilson) and still had the fortitude to want to win soon. So they built new first class facilities. They were lightyears behind us two years ago.
They just beat us at home by 23.
Fire him and elevate someone who wants a shot on staff. Someone will.
You need to rid the franchise of this loser mentality immediately.
At the very least, be in talks with your next GM and HC NOW

quote:The Broncos arent hiring guys on Monday and starting them on Thursday night. I wanted DA fired after he apologized to the Falcons, but I'm level headed enough to realize that firing him isn't going to suddenly make this a team that can get to a wildcard spot. The season is done, let him pile up the L's.

I want him fired now because I don’t want them to get healthy / “figure it out” down the stretch and bumble their way into 7 wins and justify not firing him w
