It feels like we don't care about winning.

It's hard to explain, but we have spent a ton of money and the urgency just isn't there. We need coaches and leadership that are hungry and focused who have a plan and will do what it takes to win. That is lacking. It just looks like a bunch of guys collecting a paycheck with no real plan for success and they're mailing it in.
We all see people like that at our jobs. They show up for work, do the minimum, get paid, go home, and put their time and energy into their hobbies, the weekend, etc. That's fine for the quality of their lives, but it's kind of mess if you're trying to build a company and be successful. The NFL is a results oriented business. Not For Long means something. But, this is an organization that seems content to just show up for work and whatever happens, happens. They get paid either way. There is no fire, and that starts and ends with leadership.
Keep the players if we have to and get new coaches.

The players don't respect the coaches or the QB. The team is in shambles.

This has happened to Dennis Allen whenever he has been in charge. He’s a good defensive coordinator and a terrible head coach.
And, Derek Carr had the same problem in Oakland. He’s not a leader.

Nor will it be. Complacency has set in and everyone feels safe. Everyone is pretty clueless since SP left the building. They aren't even trying anymore.

Do you think that is somehow out of place in the city of New Orleans?

it does seem like a lack of effort on their part, for sure...
but i guess that speaks alot to how they feel about this coaching staff, and the guy that the staff chose to "lead" this team...

The fans do.
Loomis doesn’t.
He has zero pressure on him to succeed. And y’all idiots keep buying tickets and bitching about the team like the Saints give a shite what y’all think.
