This is a link to a story released two days ago with tweets from both Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter explaining why Miami was punished for breaching the NFL's anti-tampering policy and both Tom Brady and Sean Payton were cleared. If the league (Roger Goodell) had a scintilla of evidence on Payton they would be on him like flies on shite. The story remains the same. Dolphins tried to negotiate with Brady and Payton and zero evidence that Brady or Payton reciprocated.
