Empathy?

I believe some of us here see this as a microcosm of what’s happening to our nation. You’ve chosen to continue to support an organization (NFL) that has lined itself with BLM, an organization that is demanding that police departments be defunded.

You’re welcome to twist yourself anyway needed in order to make this all add up, but the bottom line is, I’m not supporting any group that lends credence to BLM.

Maybe some of the players have lined themselves with BLM but the NFL as a whole hasn't

Tough talk keyboard commando. You must be the guy that hands Drew the new bar of soap when he’s washing all those feet.

I posted this.

quote:

Kneeling during the national anthem, play one races "National Anthem", putting dead thugs names on their jersey, one race only of course, supporting a racist corrupt blm organization that funnels its contributions to the dim party, and who knows what they will add to this list!

I've been saying they will be forcing this crap down your throat all season. I really do feel sorry for those that were hoping they could ignore some kneeling and just enjoy some football. They have not jumped ship yet because the nfl is a huge part of their life and obvios don't want it ruined.

And just read this.
They wont let it go away.

quote:

Colin Kaepernick has signed an overall first-look deal with The Walt Disney Company via his Ra Vision Media.

The partnership will focus on telling scripted and unscripted stories that explore race, social injustice and the quest for equity, and will provide a new platform to showcase the work of Black and Brown directors and producers.

Disney said the deal will extend across all Walt Disney Platforms including Walt Disney Television, ESPN, Hulu, Pixar, and ESPN’s The Undefeated. Kaepernick will work closely with The Undefeated, which is expanding its portfolio across Disney, to develop stories from the perspective of Black and Brown communities.

What if they play the black national anthem, and white players kneel?

I'm not going to give up on my team because some of the players disagree with me politically. You weren't a real fan to begin with

Sorry. I'm a fan of the USA. Only God and family rank higher. This country exists because of all of the blood many Americans shed fighting for our freedoms, to free slaves, and to give us the freedom to watch or not watch grown men play a kids game. The red stripes on our flag represent this blood.
You kneel to protest this flag, you are protesting every drop of blood this flag represents. The form of protest is a highly offensive act. If the league, teams, and members of the teams do not condemn this form of protest, then they don't want me to be a fan. They have walked away from America, and me. Our country deserves better.

America has not failed its citizens. Democrat run cities have failed its citizens. Public schools providing a poor education is the fault of the local run gov'ts, not America. Elect new leaders but STOP electing democrats. Demand a better education for the kids. These uninformed athletes are protesting the wrong thing, in the wrong way, and at the wrong time.

zero life outside their NFL utopia, zero moral compass, zero ethics, zero stances with substance, ignorant about issues and figure sticking head up arse will make it go away, etc, etc.
