It was a fun interview as most PMT interview are, Carr is an easy guy to like. Loved the quote from Gruden about loving the misery.

Really? I thought he came off as annoying and soft. His interactions were fine generally, but I came away liking him less TBH.

Carr has the potential to be a consistent winner for us. He just needs consistent health and a good offensive scheme.

He was easily a top 10 QB during the final 6 weeks of the season when his shoulder had healed and he had more consistent O-line play.
And he went on that heater without Olave or MT or his TE1 for couple / all of those games
