We have Rattler, who showed good potential Sunday

i agree. i don't think drafting another qb is the right move. it essentially would render the rattler pick a wasted pick.

but our offensive line is atrocious and our defensive line isn't much better. Bresee is the only piece I would be willing to keep and Granderson is a serviceable DE but not a game changer.

bresee looks amazing this year. granderson is solid.

i love cam jordan but it's time to put the fries in the bag.

and chase young is just... mid

Yeah we all know being able to throw the ball far is all that matters. The guy has an unreal arm. Unfortunately for so many other players it takes way more than that to be a successful nfl qb.

Yea well unfortunately you have to take a shot in order to get lucky. Y’all have the most scared arse loser mentality. We’ve missed out on at least a dozen franchise QBs since the draft when Sean admitted he wanted Mahomes. I’m 99% sure that’s why he left this dumbass organization. Because Mickey wouldn’t buy him a good QB.

The game is played in the trenches. It's why SF can make runs with Brock Purdy as the QB. Get your oline/dline together.

Nuss is not leaving LSU. Nuss is far from ready to be a tankable, day 1 QB.

Why do you have to tank? He’ll probably be available in the 4th round or later

Nuss has a really solid chance to play himself into the second round and maybe even late first. But your overall point is accurate; the OP is a moron who apparently thinks we should tank to draft a guy who will go nowhere near the top of the first round.

Nuss definitely has the arm and accuracy to be an nfl qb but I don’t think he has the pocket presence to be great. That’s what makes qbs special like Purdy and Mahomes.

The Saints are totally drafting Sanders at QB

Shows how much your out of touch. He's literally being projected as a late 1st, early 2nd round pick

You’re so angry man. I don’t actually think we need to “tank”. We are that bad already. Here’s a CBS Mock that actually has us taking Nuss. Just trying to have a little fun on a sports message board but the old angry heads can’t let that happen

I can’t wait to bump this thread when Nuss becomes a great nfl quarterback

I’ll try to help again. How good Nuss becomes doesn’t change the fact that you don’t need to tank to draft a QB who projects at best as a 2nd round or late first round pick. But if you feel saying clueless things on a message board is “fun”, you can do that. In fact I’m fairly positive you will.

Yea I just agreed we probably wouldn’t have to “tank”. I’m sorry you took that so literally. I thought it was pretty obvious in my OP I was having fun and yea I do think Nuss could possibly be a top pick if things go his way. I guess we’ll see.

I’m sorry coach I will try to be less foolish. I will start taking this football message board stuff more serious like you!!

Which kind of proves his point of…

Nobody tanks for a late first/early 2nd qb. The entire league has a chance to get those guys.
