If we miss the playoffs, Allen and company have to be fired.

Id think long and hard about the front office also. Bad drafts, crap hire at HC. Allowing PC Jr to remain. Cap mismanagent with bad contracts…..

This season was put on a tee for Allen. Got an extra first for Payton. Easiest schedule in the league by far in the worst division in a long time, overpaid for the qb he wanted. Absolute no excuses.

The saints look like an XFL team how they play. its bad. but nothing will change. Loomis, benson, and allen are all best friends. welcome back to when the saints always sucked.

My worst fear is they pin this all on Carmichael and Allen survives another year.

Yeah wouldn't shock me

I get the feeling too that he would just promote someone already on staff to offensive coordinator and not bring in an outsider.

Unfortunately, that is the way to go. Replace coordinators and assistants to get another year. If you’re in position, get a rookie QB and run with him; that way you get to buy another season because you can just blame it on the rookie.

Dave Canales was getting some media love since it looks like he resurrected Mayfield’s career a little

If Allen is still here we’re not drafting a QB. He’s going to roll with Carr. We’ll probably draft an olineman.

I think this is the main reason he refuses to make a change now. Thinks getting rid of him in the off-season is his get out of jail free card.

Carr is here next year regardless who the coach is b/c of that contract.

I would normally be pro-OL in the draft; however, with this QB draft class I think we would have to put someone behind him.

They have so many this year, one is going to drop. The right play is to trade up with the Denver pick to the end of the first to get one. I’ve seen a few with Penix dropping to the bottom of the first. Maybe even the lsu qb. He’s very similar to Hurts.

Yes but the saints play is to use next years picks to trade up and get the best OL in draft and draft a qb in 5th round lol

They need to be fired regardless. We've seen enough. This team's ceiling is way too low. They had an entire offseason to fix what was wrong and it doesn't seem to me like the results they're getting are any different. We might luck into the playoffs by virtue of a bad division, but this team is going nowhere until there are wholesale changes.
