Buffalo had some decent crowd noise with just 6’700. I don’t see why 10’000 in the dome isn’t doable

I would think filling the stands would be a good idea before/during the game.
I’m not sure the purpose of filling them after they win.

I got it now. I initially interpreted the post to mean that it was Baton Rouge's (as a euphemism for the state government) fault
