I just watched “Home Team”, Netflix movie about Sean’s year off

Not terrible. I laughed a little.
Kind of a spoiler:
Payton makes a cameo as a janitor. He tells Kevin James, “ we are glad you are back, because we sucked without you”. That shite hit hard with him leaving the team.

Watched this terrible movie last night. It really paints Payton as a terrible father to his son. No mention of his daughter.
Also I love how his son says he should coach the Cowboys so he can be closer. Foreshadowing.

This is what would be called a straight to DVD movie back in the day. It was fricking awful. Not sure how Payton got on board with this at all. Makes him look terrible

Saints fans really don't know how this movie came about?? Not very observant.
Meghan Paytons boyfriend for many years is Chris Titone. He is brother in law to Adam Sandler and one of the writers for this movie.

If you go into it expecting it to be a stereotypical Adam Sandler production, it really isn't bad. Not good, nowhere near being great, but not really bad.

He got on board because Payton is a bit of a fame whore. He was trying to get the XBox kid made before the Superbowl season. Now that Meghan has "the connect" it got done.
