Personally out on AK @ 12.5 per - 10 or less for me. My guess is he's betting on himself and has turned down a potential low-ball from us.

Well since Henry carried the ball 40 times a game and ran over linebackers versus Kamara running out of bounds before players 6 yards away from him can touch him; it shouldn’t have any impact on negotiations whatsoever.

I didn't say he's getting less than 10, I said for my money he's not worth 10. AK isn't immune to short RB shelf life just cause he plays for your favorite team and was ROY. If we do sign him above 10+ I hope we don't include a 4th year, or like another poster said low guarantees if we include the 4th.

If the number is more than 10 million then the Saints should walk.

The vitriol toward Kamara from Saints is insane to me. I really don’t get it.
It’s like they forgot the games against Houston and Seattle before he got hurt and then played the rest of the season injured. He deserves and has earned over 10+ a year.
He’s third in touchdowns among running backs and fourth in scrimmage yards among running backs since 2017. He’s an elite player and should be paid as such.

Kamara's health in 2020 will be a big factor in his contract negotiations. Henry's usage rate coupled with his durability is why he got that $12.5. The Kamara camp can't boast either of those.

Love Kamara, but much rather have Lattimore and Ramcyck secure with their big paydays before working on his contract. Brees retiring next year should help with salary cap.

Unless AK has a monster year I don't see how he gets over 10mil per.
