Harper question in 3-4

Sorry if Germans but is this an opportunity for Harper as a 3-4 linebacker? He played a good bit this year at linebacker in certain schemes.
Is he a bit small for 4-3 at 215?
I guess we will know if we go after a safety in FA or the draft.

I saw someone on twitter suggesting this, but he's too small. He did seem to be better in coverage this year playing zone.

Safeties in 3-4 need plenty of range. They are required to be part of the blitz disquise at the LOS and must retreat back into coverage if not blitzing. Is Harper good at this? I don't know. But I do know he would thrive in the blitzing aspect, but coverage skills and speed are a must for the Safeties.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
