7. The saints could have picked up a young QB with NFL starts that are equal or better than Shough at 2.

Vikings just got Sam Howell for 142 and 172. Would've been a better idea than wasting 40.

Oh it was just 142 for Howell and 172. Definitely a better idea than wasting 40.

Did Cosell say anything about whether Shough likes to have competent guards or not?

From Triplett

quote:

New Saints CB Quincy Riley raved about his Louisville teammate, QB Tyler Shough. Said he's been saying he's the best QB in this draft. "Things I’ve seen in practice and off the field... Immediate leadership impact in the meeting room... He’s got swag... Unbelievable guy..."

Drafting 7 spots ahead of the saints makes it easier to draft better on paper

Stop using facts and stop being objective. We want blind positivity! Just trust the coaches and scouts. They can see things everyone else in the country can’t. That’s why the saints rarely ever screw up in the draft.. oh wait

Got nothing to do with it. They need qb just like us but were smart enough to not force it. Both teams will get their teeth kicked in next season and be looking for qb next draft. We'll just be making the 40th pick useless instead of late 3rd and a 5th.

Every bullet point is your opinion and/or fantasy. Just because you believe things don't make them facts. Also, making an overlong list to say the same thing over and over does not make you more convincing.

Wrong, their reaction after the pick proves this isn’t true. They wanted this guy, regardless of your own feelings about the pick.

Simple Jack, nothing the Saints did had anything to do with Cleveland. You’re a goofball,

“Brah, you should have seen me wheeling and dealing! I traded back and got 3 extra 2nds and 2 3rds. 15 players drafted and rebuilt the team in one fell swoop!!!!!”

Shough is arguably the worst of the top-6 QB prospects.

Howard: 73.0 Comp% 8.3 TD% 2.4 INT% 9.5 YPA 175.3 rating 2.67 TD/G
Ward: 67.2 Comp% 8.6 TD% 1.5 INT% 9.5 YPA 172.2 rating 3.04 TD/G
Milroe: 65.8 Comp% 8.1 TD% 2.1 INT% 10.0 YPA 172.2 rating 2.73 TD/G
Sanders: 74.0 Comp% 7.8 TD% 2.1 INT% 8.7 YPA 168.2 rating 3.00 TD/G
Shough: 62.7 Comp% 5.9 TD% 1.5 INT% 8.2 YPA 148.1 rating 2.11 TD/G

This is all BS. He had a tremendous amount of drops with recievers in college.
