After tailgating all weekend in BR for BAMA game, our crew is driving the motor homes to NOLA for the big showdown with the Rams. We don’t have tix but would like to watch the game somewhere with rabid locals and a great atmosphere. Any suggestions? Give me 1 bar each in the FQ, Warehouse, Mid City, and Uptown...

I’d go to one of the breweries instead

All good except for Mannings.

Add Bayou Beer Garden and The Bulldog on Canal.

Good point.
There is a RV Park in the edge of the quarter, but I bet it’s booked up already

You’ll probably be better off not bringing the motor homes. Parking these things downtown seems like it will be a nightmare.

This is gonna be hard with an RV. Over the past 10 years many of the downtown lots where you could tailgate/park an RV have been developed. Most of the pull-up RV spots will be taken Saturday evening.

I would call one of the parking management companies downtown today (premium, SP+, park mobile, etc.) and try to reserve an RV spot today. Won't be cheap but its only way you are guaranteed to have a legal Rv parking spot in New Orleans.

Rusty Nail is a GREAT Saints bar, and the bartenders are super cool.

Manning’s is a terrible suggestion.

Rusty Nail and Bulldog are solid suggestions. Ole Saint is underrated for beer selection and food.

We’ve been having reservations at French Quarter RV Resort before the season started, so we’re good. We might just ride the bikes from the RV Park on the greenway to Bayou Beer Garden.

Great news that yall already have a parking spot. My advice, try to make it NOLA by noon and park. Then bike over to the dome area and either get beer rouses and walk around or bar hop with all of the fans going to the game. Maybe, hang out at champions square for a while, then bike to bayou beer garden sometime before kickoff.

I've had a really good time at Industry in the FQ.
Small, but rabid and raucous crowd.
Bartender had a horn for every big play.
Bunch of local drunks.
