I'm saying this assuming Julio's price tag is way down after his struggles last year. I think he could have a bounce back season.

If you plug these 2 holes pre-draft, you can go best player available or maybe even QB at 18.

I realize Julio didn't have a big impact season last year, but he was at 74.2 on PFF. If he stays healthy, he'd be a really good #2

He’s the Terron Armstead of Wide Receivers when it comes to injuries. But unlike Armstead, he is washed.

Need a reliable #2.
That is not JJ.
Don't mind him in the mix for playing time but would still get a #2 WR JJ or not.

Maybe... his y/r last year was still good. Catch % last year was at his career avg. y/target was down, but only by 0.7 from his career avg.

I think he's a great bounce back target if you can get him on an incentive contract

We should trade for Laviska Shenault or Devante Parker. At 18, go BPA between WR and OT.

He’s a cooked as an overdone steak. They need to draft a young WR on a rookie deal for cap purposes. Olave would be a dream.

I'd be fine with a trade too

Keelan cole
Byron pringle
Jamison crowder

Any of these guys would've been fine.

Honestly, the titans really didn’t know how to use him. He was still getting open. Tannehill just wasn’t throwing anything but short passes or passes to Brown. They had Julio running a lot of deep routes and Tanehill wouldn’t even look at him. He was basically used as a decoy

PFF rating and his advanced stats suggest you're correct. I think MT dominating underneath would make Julio extremely dangerous down field

What about old boy from seattle? He’s a FA. Offensive tackle.

Nice try. Made this thread a week ago. Got downvoted into eternity. He can still be a good #2 when healthy. Woukd still draft a wr in the first or second.

He needs to donate his hamstrings to science when he dies.
