What’s on the menu for the game tonight for those of you watching from home?

Jambalaya and Boudin will be served up in my household.

chicken wings - dipped in butter milk, tossed in Hooters Wing breading, and bathed in Hooters 3mi island sauce after spending 10 min getting crunchy in peanut oil at 350.

Celery. Ranch. And a few Saints TDs for lagniappe.

It ain’t cold yet, but I cooked a big arse gumbo for the block. Shrimp, crawfish, gator sausage and chicken. Over Louisiana rice OR Potato salad. Who Dat.

Made some red beans with a leftover ham bone and deer sausage. Rum and beer also on the menu

I made some homemade boudin balls. Started cooking the pork around noon. all I gotta do now is batter and bread them to fry.

Made some Chili last night..Had too much ground beef and didn't have any more diced tomatoes.. So I added some, not a lot, sweet baby ray's..Not bad..It's got some heat to it..
