Greer was completely taken out of the play by contact caused by White. Just because someone thinks he didn't intend to do it doesn't change the fact it happened. I don't see how thy don't call it. I think it is highly likely White doesn't catch t without the contact which in my eyes makes it obvious you have to throw the flag.
